B2B ecommerce

Invite Commerce offers a powerful and fully integrated ecommerce solution for B2B (business to business) customers. This allows your customers / buyers to view your products, prices, and on-hand quantities to build purchase orders in a modern shopping cart environment. Once ready, the customer places that purchase order, which transmits the information and creates an order in your Oracle Cloud Order Management system. From there, your fulfillment team picks up the order and processes like any other. Meanwhile, your customer gets order updates in Invite Commerce which include order status, shipping, and tracking information. Once the order is invoiced the customer can view invoice details.

The result is win / win. Your customer gets full and accurate product and pricing information, as well as continual updates about their order status. Your cost to enter and support an order is lowered as customer service is not needed for the various steps and standard questions that arise. This frees them to work on more valuable work, increasing the quality of your customer service.

Customer Service

Invite Commerce's Customer Service module provides a customer visibility into all orders, not just those created in the B2B ecommerce solution. This provides a rich, self service solution for buyers to search and view their company's orders, shipments, and invoicing from your system. Traditionally, customers are firewalled from this information, which remains guarded within the ERP. Customer Service agents are paid to dole this information out as needed to customers. This process is neither efficient in terms of cost nor time.

Instead, this module provides read-only access to non-sensitive information about your customer's company's transactions in searchable form. This includes order details, past pricing, shipment information, tracking, and invoice history. Your buyer is able to answer more of their own inquiries, allowing your customer service organization to focus on higher priority activities.

Quoting beta

Invite Commerce's Quoting module is the first dedicated quote to order system for Oracle Cloud ERP. It is designed for sales and order entry teams that work in an Oracle Cloud environment with the explicit goal of making their lives easier. It contains a variety of features that make creating, managing, approving, and submitting quotes simple and intuitive.
